Events in Cefalu

The seed of the Camp@rt Festival has sprouted six years ago the head of a young Sicilian who moved to Bologna where he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts. Noting that the mainstream art circuit had nothing to offer to the many excellences that fill the landscape Italian art, he felt the need to create an event that could give space to independent artists.

Together with a small group of young people with a bit 'all over Italy then decided to found a cultural association that supports emerging artists but also to enhance their own territory.

Thus was born in the Cefalu Camp @ rt Festival, a totally self-produced and self-financed collective bet that, now in its seventh edition has partnerships with more than 200 bands, DJs and multimedia artists and has over 8,000 admissions. For the seventh consecutive year the association Camp @ rt is proposed to set up a three-day event dedicated to art in all its forms, an open-air laboratory where personal creativity is given free rein and where the sharing of science and knowledge is a founding moment of the idea of ​​community.
In the past six editions were many kids who have actively contributed to the realization of this wonderful utopia and it is thanks to all the participants that every year the Camprt Festival grows, matures and improves. But this is just the beginning, the story will still be long and it will be wonderful to write it all together!
