Time Trial Cefalu – Gibilmanna - 10/11 October 2015 - Cefalu

The Cefalu – Gibilmanna timetrial comes back this year to be proud holder of validity for the Italian Mountain Historic Cars.

For the classic Cefalu’s race, in the past valid for the European title of the specialty, will take place on 10 and 11 October on the classic route of 11,800 meters that the Norman city port on top of the sanctuary, and that last year saw the triumph Stenger- BMW Toto Riolo.

The program has clearly been extensively revised by virtue of the validity flag, which will conduct the race several days. It will, therefore, Friday, October 9 with the first session of sporting and technical checks which will take place starting at 18 at the Presidiana’s port. Saturday morning again checks (from 8 to 11:30) and starting at 13.30 the two climbs of proof for Sunday's race which will be held in a single round starting at 10 and which will also participate " modern cars "in the maximum number of 35 units.

Many of the protagonists of the Italian Historic Car Championship will face certainly the trip Sicily since the rankings of the five groups are still quite fluid when there are still two races left in the season. To shuffle the cards of the usual protagonists there will be obviously the best driver in Sicily, which will reach Cefalu few days before the event, staying in some wonderful hotels of Cefalu.
